2. Today's Position: Savings and Assets
In this lesson we begin our conversation about today's position. First, we move into the Accounts and Assets section of MyPlan to ensure that your data is entered accurately. From there we explore account types and growth expectations. Lastly, we describe a common order of prioritization for savings, assess your personal savings rate, and set your personal priorities.

3. Today's Position: Home and Real Estate
In this lesson we continue to characterize today's position. We discuss your choice of primary residence, accounting for any mortgages and relocations, as well as rental properties that play a role in your plan. Then we ensure that we account for any debts in your plan and cover common methods for paying down debt.

4. Today's Position: Income
In this lesson we expand our exploration of today's position. We begin by defining the 3 types of income relevant to each plan. Once that foundation is established, we ensure that your income from work, passive income from a variety of sources, and excess income are appropriately modeled in the Planner.
